Exclusion of press and public during consideration of exempt information

Description

A motion was moved and seconded to exclude the press and public from the meeting while discussing confidential information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person, as permitted under the Local Government Act 1972. One councillor voted against the recommendation, but the motion was carried.
