Councillor Clemens moved, seconded by Councillor Boase, that the Committee resolve to recommend to the Cabinet Member for Community Safety and Public Health a Public Spaces Protection Order establishing seasonal dog restrictions on various beaches, with specific dates and times for Blue Flag, Seaside Award, and other sites.
