Approve updated Work Programme following mid‑year review

Following the committee’s mid‑year review, Councillor Ewert moved and, after seconding, the committee resolved to approve the updated Work Programme (Appendix 1) and to set the amendment process under the Overview and Scrutiny Protocol.
