Determine Work Programme amendments via Chairman

Description

Council resolved, per the Overview and Scrutiny Protocol, that amendments to the Committee Work Programme be determined by the Chairman in consultation with the Vice Chairman, Senior Responsible Officer and Democratic Services Lead, with changes effected by the Senior Responsible Officer and noted by the Committee.
