Revocation of WD212’s driver licence

Description

The Committee resolved, after hearing from applicant WD212 and reviewing evidence, that WD212’s Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Vehicle Driver’s Licence be revoked with immediate effect under Section 61(2B) of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976 for public safety reasons.
