Delegate authority to Head of Service for Economy to allocate Reserve List funding

Description

The Council granted delegated authority to the Head of Service for Economy, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Economic Regeneration and Investment, to allocate funding to projects on the SPF Reserve List if required.
