Councillor Pascoe moved, seconded by the Chairman, that WD205’s Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Vehicle Driver’s Licence be revoked with immediate effect under Section 61(2B) of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976 for public safety.
