Councillor Pascoe moved, seconded by Councillor Ball, that WD206’s Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Vehicle Driver’s Licence be revoked with immediate effect under Section 61(2B) of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976 due to medical concerns and lack of evidence of fitness.
