Approval of Cornwall Housing and Celtic Sea Power Four‑Year Business Plans and related BEIS funding

The Council approved the Cornwall Housing Four‑Year Business Plan (2026‑30) and the Celtic Sea Power Four‑Year Business Plan, and authorised the release of £0.371 million from BEIS dowry funds and up to £1.827 million over four years to fund Celtic Sea Power Ltd.
