The council approved the work programme in Appendix 1 and decided that any changes will be decided by the Chairman after consulting the Vice‑Chairman, Monitoring Officer and Democratic Lead.

Motion moved by Councillor Jenkin, seconded by Councillor Candy; resolved that the work programme set out at Appendix 1 be approved and that amendments be determined by the Chairman in consultation with the Vice‑Chairman, Monitoring Officer and Democratic Lead.
