It was moved by Geoff Wilson, seconded by Councillor Alvey and RESOLVED that: The Board supported the proposal, without amendment, included as follows; a) a financial commitment from the Port of Truro Reserve, to a value of £0.374m, b) sale of the Newham Office and Maritime Workshop, c) demolition of Shed 6 and d) endorsed the application to the Kernow Industrial Growth Fund e) in the event the Kernow Industrial Growth Fund was not available, priority is given to the Port of Truro from the Truro Harbours General Reserve.
