Subject of a Cornwall Political Watch investigation. Richard Tice features in a Cornwall Political Watch investigation into Reform UK's party finance. Two companies he controls have funded the party: Tisun Investments Ltd, which lent it £1,408,000 interest-free and later released £613,000 of that debt as a donation — a lawful transaction recorded in Reform UK's audited accounts — and Britain Means Business Ltd, formerly Leave Means Leave, which has donated £654,919.17. He has been under investigation by the Parliamentary Commissioner for Standards since 28 July 2026 over an alleged failure to declare an interest (Rule 6), extended on 20 August 2026 to a second allegation of disclosing details in relation to a Commissioner's investigation (Rule 13); no finding has been made on either (as at 29 August 2026) and he denies wrongdoing.
