Following recommendation, the Committee resolved to give the Chief Planning Officer delegated authority to grant planning permission for PA25/01769, subject to a Deed of Modification linking the new Section 73 permission to the original Section 106 obligation and an additional condition requiring the remaining eight stone‑feature plots to be completed using natural stone.
