Support for Newquay Harbour FaSS funding and commitment of General Reserve

Motion moved by Councillor Channon and seconded by Tony Gurd that the Cornwall Harbours Board support the application and commit the use of the Cornwall Harbours General Reserve to match‑fund the Newquay Harbour FaSS project.
