Description

The Portfolio Holder declared the 130‑acre Lower Trebrown Farmhouse surplus to Council requirements and delegated authority to the Head of Property & Assets, in consultation with the Interim Service Director for Economy, Regeneration and Assets, to determine disposal method, sale price and terms.
