Declare Treneath Farmhouse surplus and delegate disposal authority

The council has decided that Treneath Farmhouse is surplus and has given the Head of Property & Assets, in consultation with the interim service director for economy, regeneration and assets, the authority to determine how to sell it, at what price and under what terms.
