Description

The Portfolio Holder declared the Barwick and Furda Farms Estate surplus and delegated authority to the Head of Property & Assets, in consultation with the Interim Service Director for Economy, Regeneration and Assets and the Monitoring Officer, to determine disposal method, sale price, boundaries and terms per the Code of Practice and Scheme of Delegation.
