Declare Coosewartha Farm surplus and delegate disposal authority

Description

The Portfolio Holder declared the Coosewartha Farm surplus and delegated authority to the Head of Property & Assets, in consultation with the Interim Service Director for Economy, Regeneration and Assets and the Monitoring Officer, to determine disposal method, sale price, boundaries and terms in accordance with the Code of Practice and Scheme of Delegation.
