Cabinet resolved to approve the publication of two tenders for the Care Homes Development Framework and the Care Homes Care Services Framework, delegating authority to the Strategic Director for Safe and Caring Communities in consultation with the Leader and the Cabinet Member for Adult Social Care and Health Partnerships.
