Adoption of protocol for amending the Work Programme

Description

The Committee resolved that, in line with the Overview and Scrutiny Protocol, any future amendments to the Work Programme will be determined by the Chairman in consultation with the Vice Chairman, Senior Responsible Officer and Democratic Services Lead, and changes will be noted once approved.
