Approve work programme (Appendix 1) and set amendment procedure

Motion moved by Councillor Jenkin, seconded by Councillor Candy; resolved that the work programme set out at Appendix 1 be approved and that amendments be determined by the Chairman in consultation with the Vice‑Chairman, Monitoring Officer and Democratic Lead.
