Councillor
Has a code of conduct complaint [serious]: The complainants alleged that Councillor Tim Dwelly breached the Code of Conduct by posting a tweet on 29 April 2022 that spread an unverified rumor about a 'Porn MP' being from Cornwall, causing reputational damage and anxiety. The assessment found a breach of the Code, but because the tweet was removed and an apology issued promptly, no further action was deemed necessary.
