West Sub-Area Planning Committee - 10 November 2025

**Procedural matters** – The meeting opened with the Democratic Officer’s briefing on emergency evacuation and domestic procedures. Councillor Clemens, who is the Electoral Division Member for applications PA25/06050 and PA25/05406, announced that the Vice‑Chairman would chair those agenda items and confirmed that he would not take part in any planning decisions taken by St Just Town Council to avoid a conflict of interest. A motion moved by Councillor M Thomas and seconded by Councillor Boase resolved that the minutes of the West Sub‑Area Planning Committee meeting of 15 September 2025 were correctly recorded and should be signed by the Chairman. The motion was carried.
